1. High temperature resistance

The high-temperature resistant PU conveyor belt can operate continuously at temperatures up to 110 ° C/230 ° F. Especially in baking applications, this means that the service life of the belt is significantly extended.

2. Improve hydrolysis resistance

Our PU series uses materials with higher resistance to hydrolysis. The conveyor belt can withstand harsh steam and water washing cleaning, and can maintain its integrity regardless of exposure to hot and humid environments.

3. Reduce wear on belt edges

The combination of special fabrics in belt design limits the risk of long fiber tearing. The edges of the belt can better prevent damage and do not require the use of sealant for additional protection. In humid applications, we can use edge sealing (edge sealing) to provide additional protection against fluid entry.

4. Low core suction

The innovative impregnation formula for the reverse/running side ensures extremely low water, fat, and oil entry, thereby reducing the risk of microbial growth and cross contamination.
