Sidewall cleat and V guide

The sidewall is used in straight conveyor, inclined conveyor and other sections to prevent the conveying of items from falling. Its wavy design ensures that the sidewall has a certain height while also allowing for a smaller wheel diameter, achieving a balance between high loads and small wheel diameters. The sidewall edge is often used in conjunction with a Cleat.

Sidewall conveyor belt can make all kinds of bulk materials continuously transported at any angle of 0-90 degrees, with large conveying angle, wide range of use and small floor area. There are no transfer points, less civil engineering investment, low maintenance costs, large conveying capacity and other characteristics, which solve the conveying angle that cannot be reached by ordinary conveyor belt or patterned conveyor belt. The corrugated edge conveyor belt can be designed as a complete conveying system according to the requirements, avoiding the lifting system of intermittent conveying and complex conveying.

The corrugated edge conveyor belt can transport various bulk materials, from coal, ore, sand to fertilizer and grain, in horizontal, inclined, vertical and variable angle directions.

The V- guide conveyor belt is a conveyor belt with guide strips added on the surface or back of the conveyor belt. 

The V-guide  usually refers to a kind of PU PVC strip with the same shape as the V-belt, and the size is generally 4*2, 5*3, 6*4, 8*5, 13*8, 17*11, etc., 

 

the guide bars are usually added on both sides or the middle of the back of the belt to play a guiding role and prevent the belt from running off track. 

 

With the improvement of customer demand, the guide bar can also be added to the surface of the belt, which can be welded laterally on the surface of the belt,

welded in a herringbone shape, welded in a figure eight shape, or welded on both sides of the belt surface to play a role of anti-slip or lifting. The shape of the guide bar also has new changes, such as square, rectangle and so on.      

 

 The welding method of all the guide bars of the V guide  conveyor belt produced by BAYRICH is to use the guide bar machine to hot melt the V guide to the belt, so that the guide bar and the belt are integrated, as to avoid the phenomenon of cracking during use, and the guide bar is stronger and more beautiful. 

 

 In our continuous practice process, we also produce notched V guide , which increases the turning radius of the V guide  and prolongs the service life . 

The V guide also has various colors, such as white, green, orange, etc. The appropriate color can be selected according to the color of the conveyor belt, which makes the conveyor belt more beautiful as a whole.
